Disable WordPress Site Health emails

With the release of WordPress 5.2 came a new feature: the Site Health check tool. The WordPress team describes it this way: “WordPress 5.2 gives you even more robust tools for identifying and fixing configuration issues and fatal errors. You can check the status of your own site by going to “Tools –> Site Health”. It will provide you with a list of issues and recommended improvements like this:

Site Health will also email the website owner if/when it detects a fatal error. If, for some reason, you need to disable Site Health email notifications you can add this to the wp-config.php file:

define( 'WP_DISABLE_FATAL_ERROR_HANDLER', true ); // WordPress 5.2 WSOD Override.
